Terlenda Lassiter

Terlenda Lassiter, MA, CCC-SLP is an independent contractor for outpatient clinics and a travel speech-language pathologist for both the medical and school settings, with a majority of patient experience being in the adult/geriatric population. She credits her foundation in speech-language pathology to where it all started: obtaining her Bachelor of Science at Xavier University of Louisiana. After obtaining her Masters, she began to acquire an interest in learning more about how science in speech-language pathology can be applied in the clinic. A graduate of the ASHA Leadership Development Program, ACE Awardee, STEP Mentor, and dysphagia enthusiast, she looks forward to learning more about open science, especially as it pertains to research in dysphagia.
